Plasticizing unit designed for the production of PE or PP at high rates: grooved feeding section, high output screw design and bimetallic barrel. Temperature control by heating bands and/or fans/water/tempering oil. Insulated barrel for high efficiency control of temperature.

Main motor AC type and Heavy-duty gearbox with thrust bearing or high-efficiency solutions in several stages of efficiency/solution and price.

Extruder controller includes main motor control, heating/cooling of the barrel (several types of), possibility of control of extra drives, feeders, etc).
