EXTRUBOT

Periplast has over 40 years of experience in the development and manufacturing of polymer extrusion equipment. We specialize in producing small granulate extruders of Ø20 / Ø25 / Ø30 (single-screw extruders). These machines are suitable for integration into equipment such as robots or Cartesian machines. With some adjustments to enhance movement flexibility, we have ventured into a new range of products, giving rise to our first pellet extruder for Additive Manufacturing: our new EXTRUBOT®.

EXTRUBOT® DESIGN PRINCIPLES:

ALL-IN-ONE INTEGRATED SOLUTION: EXTRUDER/ROBOT/SOFTWARE Reduced weight <25 kg*, using lightweight materials and a servo motor. Easy to operate, with Windows-based control software that can be updated with a single click. Plasticizing unit designed for high-sensitivity materials and high torque, with heating up to 400ºC, capable of processing any thermoplastic on the market. With a water-cooled material feeding zone, it prevents premature material plasticizing, making machine blockages a thing of the past. Additionally, the machine only consumes compressed air and electricity.
