Un seul ensemble de coupe et chanfrein assure le coupe avec le profile et dimensions pr\u00e9tendues;
Un disque est responsable pour le coupe de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur total du tube et un, ou deux, outil(s) de chanfrein pour le bisel;<\/p>

Chaque machine fournie avec un disque de coupe et les outils de chanfrein comme option et d\u2019apr\u00e8s plan \u00e0 accorder;La position d\u2019origine de l\u2019ensemble de coupe est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par le diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur \u00e0 produire et accord\u00e9e par l\u2019op\u00e9rateur par un syst\u00e8me m\u00e9canique simple;
L\u2019ensemble de coupe fait l\u2019\u00e9paisseur totale par un syst\u00e8me hydraulique accord\u00e9 par l\u2019op\u00e9rateur \u00e0 chaque tube \u00e0 produire, un syst\u00e8me simple et avec une r\u00e8gle de position;<\/p>

Un chariot mobile, support\u00e9 par un ch\u00e2ssis de hauteur r\u00e9glable, se d\u00e9place dans le sens de l\u2019extrusion automatiquement \u00e0 la vitesse d\u2019extrusion SANS r\u00e9glage de la part de l\u2019op\u00e9rateur, le retour de ce charriot \u00e0 la position d\u2019origine est fait par un syst\u00e8me pneumatique;
Les coquilles sont facilement r\u00e9glables pour les diff\u00e9rents diam\u00e8tres de tubes, et de plus elles sont UNIVERSELLES avec auto-centrage pour toute la gamme de diam\u00e8tres. Il n\u2019est PAS n\u00e9cessaire de changer pour chaque diam\u00e8tre!<\/p>

Le tube est support\u00e9 et fix\u00e9 avant et apr\u00e8s les outils de coupe;
Syst\u00e8me d\u2019aspiration int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au ch\u00e2ssis avec ventilateur insonoris\u00e9;
Bien que ce soit une machine avec une grande rigueur et pr\u00e9cision, son maintenance et manipulation sont tr\u00e8s faciles.<\/p>
