Un solo conjunto de corte y chafl\u00e1n asegura el corte con perfil y dimensiones deseadas;
En el conjunto de corte, un disco es responsable por el corte del espesor total del tubo y una (o dos) herramienta(s) de chafl\u00e1n por el bisel;<\/p>

Cada m\u00e1quina es suministrada con un disco de corte y las herramientas de chafl\u00e1n como opci\u00f3n y seg\u00fan el plan a acordar;\nLa posici\u00f3n original de la unidad de corte est\u00e1 determinado por el di\u00e1metro exterior a ser producido y acordado por el operador mediante un sistema mec\u00e1nico simple;
El conjunto de corte hace el espesor total mediante un sistema hidr\u00e1ulico acordado por el operador a cada tubo a producir, un sistema simple y con una regla de posici\u00f3n;<\/p>

Un carro m\u00f3vil apoyado por un chasis de altura ajustable, que se mueve en la direcci\u00f3n de la extrusi\u00f3n de forma autom\u00e1tica, a la velocidad de extrusi\u00f3n sin ajuste de la parte del operador, el retorno del carro a la posici\u00f3n original es hecha por un sistema neum\u00e1tico;
El tubo se apoya y se fija antes y despu\u00e9s de las herramientas de corte;\n\nLos mordientes se pueden ajustar f\u00e1cilmente para diferentes di\u00e1metros de tubo, y son universales con auto-centrado para toda la gama de di\u00e1metros.<\/p>

El tubo es soportado y fijado antes y despu\u00e9s de las herramientas de corte, por dos estaciones de sujeci\u00f3n;
Sistema de extracci\u00f3n de polvo y virutas integrado en el bastidor base con ventilador insonorizado;
Aunque se trata de una m\u00e1quina con gran rigor y precisi\u00f3n, su mantenimiento y funcionamiento son muy f\u00e1ciles.<\/p>
